Pro-Vision’s development initiatives are focused on Children-adolescents, Persons with non-communicable diseases and Persons with disabilities. Pro-Vision was incorporated as a public charitable Trust in 2002 under Indian Trust Act 1882 and progressing incorporating the existing and emerging development perspectives and opportunities.

It is exempted from income tax under 12 A (a) of Income tax Act by The Commissioner of Income Tax, Madurai. It is also registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 2010 with the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi. Its FCRA registration is renewed upto June 2027. Pro-Vision has well established policies, systems and procedures to effectively and efficiently manage the programmes, personnel and finance.

The idea behind initiating Pro-Vision was that it should be an inspiring force in promoting people centric sustainable development designs that are evolved by working with and learning from people.
