- After his MSW from the Madurai Institute of Social Work, he has rendered 20 years of professional Social Work in different settings including drug addition, counselling, health promotion, networking, training and project management. Known in the NGO sector thorough out the state of Tamil Nadu for his creative contribution and initiatives in promoting community health to the poor and the down trodden vulnerable in rural and remote areas by strengthening the community health workers. Currently he is the Programme Executive of the Salvation Army Community Health and Development Programmes, Nagercoil. His interest in art and culture has enabled him to implement development projects with a wholistic perspective elucidating active people’sAi?? participation. He is a founder member of the Professional Social Workers Forum, Kanniyakumari district and served as Secretary for three years.
