A Catholic Priest from the diocese of Kottar. In addition to his religious studies, he holds Post graduate degree in Social Work and Bachelor degree in Law.
- He was the director of Kottar Social Service Society for a full term and made sustainable impacts on the organisation and the community.
- In addition to being a co-pastor of a parish, currently he is involved in various development activities. He is a director of Gerdi Gutperle Agasthiyar Muni Child Care Centre near Nagercoil. It has a base hospital that caters the poor and needy children from the three southern districts of Tamil Nadu.
- His interest and involvement in working with children motivated him to undertake pioneering effects in enhancing the quality of life of children. He is instrumental in running three homes for the under privileged children.
- His work with the Nari Kuravs, a nomad tribe of this area was a unique contribution.
- He is an active member of Professional Social Workers Forum, Kanniyakumari District.
